Today, newly elected twelve executive members of Rajindra Gymkhana and Mahindra Club, Patiala takes over the reins of the club under the president ship of Deepak Kampani

A large number of RGMC members attended the ‘Taking Over Ceremony’. During the ceremony, outgoing president Dr Sukhdeep Singh Boparai, senior members Dr Manmohan Singh, Dr Sudhir Verma, KVS Sidhu congratulated the new teams and extended their best wishes to the new team.

The speakers while congratulating the new Executive Committee appreciated the work done by the outgoing Executive Committee during their tenure for the betterment of the services in the Club.

The takeover ceremony is attended by the state health minister Dr Balbir Singh , former member parliament Preneet Kaur along with members of Rajindra Gymkhana and Mahindra Club (RGMC), Patiala and family members, guests of the newly elected executive members.

On this occasion, on behalf of its team Deepak Kampani thanked the members for giving them a chance to serve the elite club. The newly elected team assured the entire members that they will work together for the betterment of the club, which will benefit all the members of the club.

Friendship Group takes over the reins of Rajindra Gymkhana and Mahindra Club, Patiala. Besides Deepak Kampani as president , Vikas Puri was elected vice-president; eye specialist Dr Sukhdip Singh Boparai was elected honorary secretary, Vinod Sharma was made joint secretary and Sanchit Bansal was elected the treasurer of the club. The seven elected as executive committee members are Dr Nidhi Bansal (became the lone woman candidate entering the committee),Rahul Mehta, Anshuman Kharbanda, Pardeep Kumar Singla, Jatin Goyal, Bikramjit Singh and Avinash Gupta.

On October 19,2024 RGMC members polled to elect one general secretary and seven executive members as rest of the team namely president, vice president, treasurer, joint secretary were already elected unopposed.
