After calling back BBMB officiating chief engineer Punjab govt transferred another officer with “immediate joining instructions”

In a surprise move, Principal Secretary Water resources department Krishan Kumar has issued an order of calling back Er Charandeep Singh, superintending engineer, Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB).
Immediately after the transfer of Er Charandeep Singh, principal secretary Water resources department has issued another order deputing Er Amarjit Singh, director monitoring with additional charge of Chandigarh Tubewell circle Mohali with an instruction to join the new place of postings, immediately, without any delay.
As per available information Er Charandeep Singh has joined BBMB as SDO in 1999 and rose to the level of superintending engineer. BBMB has given the lookout charge or officiating charge after the retirement of Kamaljit Singh.
