Banwarilal Purohit, Administrator, Chandigarh, today flagged off the bus to Ayodhya Dham via Delhi. The flag off took place in the presence of  Rajeev Verma, Advisor to the Administrator,  Nitin Kumar Yadav, Secretary Transport,  Praveer Ranjan, DGP, Dr. Vijay Namdeorao Zade, Finance Secretary and other officers at Chandigarh Secretariat. Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) takes immense pride in announcing the its latest bus service to Ayodhya Dham via Delhi.

This initiative marks yet another milestone in CTU’s commitment to providing reliable and efficient transportation services to the residents of Chandigarh and beyond. CTU has garnered a reputation for extending its bus services to various destinations in neighboring states, catering to the diverse travel needs of passengers. Notably, CTU has been successfully serving religious destinations such as Salasar Dham, Khatu Shyam, Vrindavan, Haridwar, Katra, Jwala Ji, and Chamunda Devi. This new bus service to Ayodhya Dham via Delhi promises convenience and comfort to travelers, with state-of-the-art HVAC-equipped buses ensuring a pleasant journey. The route includes prominent stops such as ISBT-Anand Vihar Delhi, Muradabad, Bareilly, Sitapur, Lucknow (Kaiser Bagh), and Ayodhya Dham.

To facilitate the general public online reservation for said bus service is available on https://ctuonline.chd.gov.in and CTU Musafir Mobile App. In a parallel endeavor, the Municipal Corporation of Chandigarh showcases its commitment to sustainable practices and cultural heritage preservation by dispatching fifty boxes of ‘ARPAN’ products to the revered Lord Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya, in this CTU Bus. Crafted from monumental floral waste, these products, including incense sticks, dhoop batti, and candles, exemplify the city’s dedication to environmental stewardship and community engagement.
