BJP Leaders Enthusiastically Celebrate Party’s Foundation Day

On the occasion of the Bharatiya Janata Party‘s Foundation Day, various enthusiastic events were organized by party workers and leaders across Rupnagar district. Under the leadership of District BJP President Ajayvir Singh Lalpura, several programs were held in all mandals of the district. Workers took a pledge by hoisting the party flag to spread the party’s ideology and achievements among the people.

The main district-level event was held at the BJP District Office in Rupnagar, which witnessed large participation from workers, senior leaders, and local citizens.

Presiding over the ceremony, Ajayvir Singh Lalpura elaborated on the glorious history of the Bharatiya Janata Party. In his energetic address, he highlighted the party’s founding principles, struggles, core ideology, and the historic achievements under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Lalpura stated that the BJP was founded on April 6, 1980, and since then, the party has remained steadfast in its commitment to nationalism, good governance, and inclusive development.

He emphasized that the BJP is an ideology-driven party rooted in the principle of “Nation First.” Praising Modi’s leadership, Lalpura said that over the last decade, the Modi government has elevated India’s global stature. He especially mentioned flagship schemes such as Ujjwala Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Har Ghar Jal, Digital India, and Startup India.

Speaking on the BJP’s strategy and vision for Punjab, Lalpura said that the party aims to rebuild a prosperous Punjab by focusing on the strength of its youth, the hard work of farmers, and the active participation of women. He stressed that the BJP’s goal is not just to attain power, but to empower every section of society.

“We are committed to eradicating unemployment in Punjab, strengthening education, making agriculture profitable, and creating new job opportunities for youth,” Lalpura asserted.

Sharing the organizational roadmap, Lalpura informed that the membership drive in Rupnagar district is progressing rapidly, with youth joining in large numbers. He urged all workers to go door-to-door with the BJP’s principles and connect the public with the party’s mission of service to the people and the nation.

The ceremony concluded with the National Anthem and energetic slogans of “Jai Shri Ram,” “Bharat Mata Ki Jai,” and “Vande Mataram.” Similar events were held across all mandals, where local leaders actively promoted the party’s ideology.
