Congress appoints Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttrakhand state OBC chairman; 20 national coordinators

All India Congress Committee has appointed Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttrakhand state chairman of its OBC cell. The party has also appointed 20 national coordinators and 11 National joint coordinators.
