As per the health department official’s 894 positive cases, are reported in Punjab, after the release of yesterday’s media bulletin at 8:00 pm. Yesterday 488 cases was reported .With these 894 new cases the tally rose to 19856 cases, as per health bulletin released at 8:00 pm today.

Today highest ever deaths were reported, in a single day, in Punjab. 29 deaths are reported in Punjab- 1 each from Amritsar, faridkot, Ferozepur, Kapurthala, Mansa, Ropar, 2 from Sangrur, 3 from Gurdaspur, 4 from Jalandhar, 5 from Patiala, 9 from Ludhiana and total deaths tally reaches at 491.
Today 452 patients were discharged in Punjab, and the cured patients tally reaches at 12943. Now 6422 cases are still active in Punjab.
