DC Chandigarh inviting volunteers / NGO to help administration

It is brought out for Information for all that Deputy Commissioner, UT, Chandigarh is preparing a master list of volunteers who MAY BE called on demand to help Administration when needed. Sorabh Kumar Arora, PCS has been designated as the nodal officer for compiling the List of all such Organizations. Any NGO can contact him on 0172-2701900 and register themselves.
However, it is clarified that the Chandigarh Administration does not want to crowd too much and has enough Human Resource to be deployed for any purpose.
