Delegation of GIEAIA handed over memorandum to Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman

Today a delegation led by Comrade Binoy Viswam, Chairman of GIEAIA, and comprising Comrade Trilok Singh, General Secretary,General Insurance Employees’ All India Association (GIEAIA), Comrade Darshan Kumar Wadhwa, Secretary General, GIEAIA Class-1; Comrade Satish Kumar Jindal, Secretary, GIEAIA and Comrade U. Banerjee, General Secretary, General Insurance Pensioner’s Federation met Union Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitaraman.
During the meeting, the Delegation discussed several important matters outlined below:
1) Withdrawal of Performance-Linked Wage Revision Clause from the Wage Revision Notification 2022.
2) Merger of PSGICS.
3) Recruitment in All Cadres.
4) Improvement in NPS and Family Pension.
5) Strengthening of PSGICS
