Dolphin College wins Best Private Fisheries Institute award

Dolphin (PG) College of Science & Agriculture, Chunni in Fatehgarh sahib Distt of Punjab, was awarded the Best Private Fisheries Institute award among North India recently held – 2017 National Education Awards at The ITC Gardenia- Bengaluru.

The awardees were chosen after an intensive due-diligence process held by the research company across India.  After considering various parameters including Academic results, placements records and research activities undertaken etc. the Dolphin (PG) College of Science & Agriculture was honored with this Award.

 

The award was presented by, Dheeshjith V.G, Chief Executive Officer-Infosys Limited and First Chief Information Officer and also served as Senior Vice President of the same and Gopal Krishan Agarwal, BJP National Spokesperson and National Convener member of Economics cell of BJP on June 28 at Bengaluru.

Speaking on the occasion after receiving the award, Er.Vibhav Mittal Executive Director, Dolphin (PG) College of Science & Agriculture-Chandigarh said, “Firstly I would like to thank Almighty for this award and I am grateful to the teams of staff at work with us and our hard working students under the dynamic leadership of my father Dr.Vinod Mittal-Chairman of College  . Our role as educators is to nurture an environment that brings about significant positive social transformation through education. It motivates us to work harder in order to equip them to earn their place in the global arena.”

Last year also Dolphin (PG) College bagged the  Best Private Agriculture Institute Award . Dr. SP Jindal, Principal, Dr.KS Dadhich-Dean ,Dr.Amandeep Kaur Sekhon (HOD Fisheries), Dr. Vikas Pahal (HOD Microbiology), Dr.Veerpal Kaur and Dr. Ashfaq Farooq Aga   congratulated Chairman Sir and assured of the dedicated team work of  whole of the staff towards all round progress of the college.
