Newly appointed, 4th chief minister of Delhi, Rekha Gupta retained the key departments -including finance, services, vigilance, revenue, and women and child development
Deputy CM Parvesh Verma has been allotted the PWD, water, legislative affairs, irrigation and flood control, and gurdwara elections portfolios.

Rekha Gupta (Chief Minister): finance, services, vigilance, revenue, and women and child development
Parvesh Verma (Deputy CM): PWD, water, legislative affairs, irrigation and flood control, and gurdwara elections
Kapil Mishra: law and justice, labour and employment, art, culture, language, and tourism.
Ashish Sood: home, power, urban development, education, higher education, training, and technical education portfolios
Manjinder Singh Sirsa: industries, forest and environment, and food and supply
Pankaj Kumar Singh: health, transport, and information technology departments
Ravindra Kumar Indraj: social welfare, SC and ST welfare, cooperative and elections.

Delhi cabinet portfolios allotted; List of Who Gets What released. Earlier in the day, the first-time MLA from Shalimar Bagh , Rekha Gupta was administered oath as the Chief Minister by Lieutenant Governor V. K. Saxena in a grand ceremony at the Ramlila Maidan. Her Council of Ministers Parvesh Verma, Ashish Sood, Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Ravinder Indraj Singh, Kapil Mishra, and Pankaj Kumar Singh also took the oath of office.
Manjinder Singh Sirsa, a three-time MLA from the Rajouri Garden Assembly constituency, serves as the prominent Sikh face of the BJP in Delhi. Alongside Rajouri Garden, the party secured victories in Hari Nagar and Jangpura, both of which have a significant Sikh voter base. Additionally, Gandhi Nagar MLA Arvinder Singh Lovely and Jangpura legislator Tarvinder Singh Marwah represent the BJP’s Sikh leadership in the city.
The party also included two Purvanchali leaders, Kapil Mishra and Pankaj Singh, in the Cabinet. Parvesh Verma, the BJP’s prominent Jat leader and a strong contender for the chief minister’s position, has also been inducted into the Cabinet
