Delhi to have woman chief minister after 2013; Kejriwal backed her as his successor

After Sheila Dikshit,Delhi minister Atishi is set to be the next woman chief minister after Aam Aadmi (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal proposed her name at a meeting of the party’s legislative wing. People aware of the mater said AAP lawmakers stood up and endorsed her name after Kejriwal backed her as his successor.
Atishi is Education, Higher Education, TTE, Finance, Planning, PWD, Water, Power, Services, Vigilance, Public Relation minister in Delhi government.
The development comes two days after Arvind Kejriwal announced that he would resign as the chief minister of Delhi within 48 hours.
