In a continued effort to ensure the highest standard of healthcare services for the people of Punjab, Health & Family Welfare Minister Dr. Balbir Singh today conducted a surprise inspection at the Aam Aadmi Clinic in Urban Estate, Patiala. The visit was aimed at evaluating the quality of care provided and ensuring that services are delivered effectively to the residents of the area.
During the inspection, Dr. Balbir Singh interacted with several patients to assess their satisfaction with the availability of medicines and the quality of diagnostic services at the clinic. Patients expressed their satisfaction, commending the efforts of the clinic staff and the availability of essential medicines.
The Health Minister also reviewed the presence and performance of doctors and paramedical staff, underscoring the importance of punctuality and dedication in providing efficient healthcare services.
Dr. Balbir Singh also inspected water sources in and around the clinic as a preventive measure against dengue. He urged patients to inspect their homes for potential breeding grounds of dengue mosquitoes and protect themselves during the ongoing dengue season.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Balbir Singh reiterated the Punjab Government’s commitment under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann to bring healthcare services closer to the people. “Providing accessible and high-quality healthcare at the doorstep of every citizen is the top priority of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann. We are working tirelessly to fulfill our promises and ensure that the people of Punjab receive the best possible healthcare services,” he stated.
He further emphasized, “The Punjab government is dedicated to establishing state-of-the-art healthcare facilities across the state, ensuring that every patient has access to modern and comprehensive care.”
