Faculty Development Programme starts at Baba Farid College
Bathinda:Baba Farid college of Engineering & Technology, Bathinda organized 6 day Faculty development Programme sponsored by AICTE & ISTE on “Outcome Based Education Teaching Learning Skills in Digital Age”. Vice chancellor of MRSPTU, Prof.(Dr.) Mohan pal Singh Isher inaugurated the event and share his idea and experiences on outcome based education that could be implemented on students for good results, placements and change their believes in their practical life.
Also he appreciated the rigorous efforts of management to enhance understanding of faculty members regarding implementation of pedagogies. The keynote speaker of first day session was Prof. (Dr.) P.S. Grover, Professor Emirates, University of Delhi Campus Director. He imparted knowledge to Faculty members of BFGI and delegates from various other institutes about how we can inculcate skills, attitude, ethics, knowledge within students to make education outcome based. In upcoming days, eminent speakers from all over the country will come from various reputed institutions and industries to enhance the knowledge to the delegates regarding how we can raise the level of education in this digital age.
