Fatehgarh Sahib MP meets Nitin Gadkari-highlights various issues pertaining to NHAI

Dr Amar Singh, MP Shri Fatehgarh Sahib met union minister for road transport and highways, Nitin Gadkari at his New Delhi office. He highlighted various issues pertaining to NHAI being faced by residents of Shri Fatehgarh Sahib Constituency. He especially highlighted the issue being faced by various towns and villages of the constituency due to the alignment and design of the National Highway (Chandigarh-Ludhiana).
Gadkari assured Dr Amar Singh that he would instruct NHAI to look into the matter and best help the residents of the affected villages and towns. A follow up meeting on the matter too will take place soon in the future which would see representatives from NHAI and other agencies also in attendance.
Fathgarh Sahib Lok sabha seat have nine vidhan sabha (Assembly) seats -Bassi Pathana,Fatehgarh Sahib, Amloh, Khanna, Samrala, Sahnewal, Payal, Raikot, Amargarh. NHAI projects are going on in Fatehgarh Sahib Parliamentary constituency.
