Forensic expert bestowed with Life Time Achievement Award

State’s senior forensic medicine and medicolegal expert and recently retired acting head of the Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology in Government Medical College Patiala, Dr DS Bhullar has been honoured with Life Time Achievement Award by Punjab Academy of Forensic Medicine& Toxically(PAFMAT) during the 20th Annual National Conference held at All India Institute of Medical Sciences Bathinda.
The honour has been bestowed on Dr. Bhullar in recognition of the services, his contribution and achievements in the field of forensic medicine and toxicology for more than 30 years as forensic expert.
He is the founder member of this Academy of state forensic medicine and medicolegal experts and the first conference of PAFMAT was organised by him in the year 1999 in Government Medical College Patiala. He has more than 60 scientific international and national forensic publications to his credit and has actively worked on all the prestigious positions in the Academy and has already been honoured by National Fellowship Award by Indian Academy of Forensic Medicine and PAFMAT Fellowship Awards.
