Fortis Hospital Mohali selects the students of Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University

Nine students of BSc Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) final year students of Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University have been selected for a six-month hospital training program at Fortis Hospital, Mohali. Raj Kumar, Rahul, Arshveen, Simranjot, Amandeep, Gagandeep, Ravjot, Gurjot, and Deepak got selected after a rigorous and comprehensive selection procedure. The selection procedure included multiple stages of assessment, ensuring that only the most capable were chosen. The process bring to the fore the high standards and competitive nature of the training program, reflecting the excellence that Fortis Hospital expects from its trainees.
The training program at Fortis Hospital will provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real-world clinical setting. The students will work with experienced medical professionals which will enhance their practical skills and broaden their understanding of the medical laboratory field.
Dr. Kamaljit Kaur, Incharge of Training and Placement, expressed her pride in the selected students. Dr. Navdeep Kaur, Dean, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, also applauded the efforts of the Training and Placement Cell and the students. She said that this remarkable achievement by the BSc MLT students showcases the interdisciplinary support and resources provided across the University faculties.
