Four-Day Technical Training Program for Computer Science Students at Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University

The Training and Placement Cell of Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib organised a Four-Day Technical Training Program for the students of BTech Computer Science, BCA, and MCA.

The initiative was in collaboration with Global Talent Track (GTT) Pune known for its skill development and corporate training expertise. The company provided valuable insights into corporate trends and strategies to become corporate-ready. The training program was aimed at equipping students with cutting-edge technical skills and industry insights.

The Four-Day Technical Training Program began with a focus on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and placement preparation. Students received an overview of the importance of DSA in technical interviews, they learnt strategies for excelling in coding rounds. The sessions covered various data structures along with their real-world applications. Additionally, an in-depth analysis of key algorithms for solving array-based problems was provided, equipping students with practical skills for technical interviews.

Dr. Kamaljit Kaur, Incharge Training and Placement emphasized that the enthusiastic participation of students in this program marks a significant step towards bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements. She added that this initiative  has provided students with invaluable skills and knowledge that will greatly enhance their employability.
