GKU holds Motivational Lecture on Writing Skills

To inspire and guide budding minds, Cultural and Social Welfare Committee, Guru Kashi University organized a motivational lecture on “Writing Skills for Newspaper and Magazine” by Dr. Jagtar Singh Dhiman, Registrar, Guru Kashi University.

Dr. Dhiman, an intellectual and savant, talked about significant aspects of news writing and essay writing in magazine. He even focused on attaining the proficiency required to present in writing a lucid work of academic research. He also satisfied the queries of the audience.

Dr. (Col). Bhupinder Singh Dhaliwal was the Chief Guest of the event.  The lecture was presided over by Sukhraj Singh Sidhu, Managing Director, GKU.  The Managing Director appreciated the event and the Vice-Chancellor considered such lectures as the need of the hour.

The vote of thanks was proposed by  Dr. Harpreet Kaur Aulakh, Incharge Cultural and Social Welfare Committee, GKU and she enlightened the audience regarding the life and achievements of Dr. Dhiman.

The event was also attended by Pro- Vice Chancellor, GKU Dr. Jagpal Singh, Dr. Narinder Singh Director Finance, GKU, Dr. AshwaniSethi, Dr. Amit Tuteja and Madam Sharanjit Kaur.  All the students and faculty activity participated in the thought provoking session.
