Govt. Bikram College of Commerce organized program dedicated to Teachers’ Day

Govt. Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala organized a program dedicated to Teachers’ Day on September 11,2025 under the guidance of college Principal Prof. (Dr.) Kusum Lata.
The event was sponsored by IBS: ICFAI Business School and conducted by the Training, Placement and Career Guidance Cell in collaboration with the IQAC Cell of the college campus.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal Prof. (Dr.) Kusum Lata appreciated the efforts of the Training and Placement Cell for organizing such an inspiring program and highlighted the importance of such activities in nurturing students’ creativity. Dr. Reetu Kapoor delivered the welcome address. Placement Incharge Dr. Rajni Bala delivered the vote of thanks.
Javed Khan, Deputy Manager, IBS, engaged the students in slogan writing and poetry competitions on this theme. In the results, Guntash stood first, Mansi secured second place, while Dhruv and Sania jointly bagged the third position. Khushi, Lovepreet Singh and Jyoti Rani won prizes in the consolation category.
Faculty members Dr. Jaspreet Kaur, Asst. Prof. Gazal, Sukhbir kaur and other staff members were also present to encourage the participants and make the event successful.
