Grand Convocation ceremony held at Mata Gujri College, Fatehgarh Sahib

The annual convocation of the college was organized at Mata Gujri College under the chairmanship of Jagdeep Singh Cheema, Secretary of the College Governing Body, in which Er. Sukhminder Singh, Education Secretary of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC), Sri Amritsar, graced the occasion as the chief guest. During this convocation, a total of 1147 students who passed their postgraduate and undergraduate courses in 2021-2022, were awarded degrees and 30 meritorious students were honoured with gold medals.
Er. Sukhminder Singh congratulated the students and motivated them to continuously strive and be diligent to achieve their goals with immense hard work, dedication and patience. During his address, he encouraged all teachers to fulfill their responsibilities to the best of their ability and the students to adopt religious ethics and contribute more in social welfare works.
Director Principal Dr. Kashmir Singh warmly welcomed the guests and highlighted the wonderful achievements of the college at the national and international levels in the fields of academic, religious, cultural and sports.
At the end of the event, the Secretary of the College Governing Body Jagdeep Singh Cheema, presented the vote of thanks and stated that Mata Gujri College is committed towards the overall development of the students.
