Gurinder Pal Billa appointed national coordinator of OBC cell of Congress

Senior Congress leader Dr Gurinder Pal Singh, Billa has been appointed as national coordinator of Congress.
His appointment was made by All India Congress committee. Dr Billa is a senior Congress leader of Rupnagar and remained chairman of Punjab Congress OBC department.
He also remained vice chairman of Punjab state backward classes commission during previous Congress government.
Dr Billa thanked Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Former presidents Sonia, Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi for his appointment.
Dr Billa said that he would work dedicatedly to strengthen the party.
