The Saint Gobain Transparence 18.0, India’s premier Architectural Design Competition, has witnessed a shining moment as Charlina J. Dutta, a final year student at Giani Zail Singh School of Architecture and Planning, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University, Bathinda, secured top honors with her outstanding project submission.
Amidst a pool of 680 entries nationwide, including 75 from the North Zone, Charlina’s project for campus design emerged as a Best Studio Project (North Region), which is a beacon of creativity and innovation. Under the guidance of esteemed faculty members Ar. Kapil Arora, Ar. Kanishka Kundra, and Ar. Hargobind Singh, Charlina’s project captivated judges and industry experts, earning recognition for its exceptional quality and commitment.
Dr. Gurinder Pal Singh Brar, the University Registrar, extended heartfelt congratulations to the Architecture Department, emphasizing the significance of continuous participation in such competitions to enrich students’ learning experiences.
