As per Ambala police these machines can be used to break the barricades erected by Haryana police at Shambhu border.
The police have also released the photographs of the suspected poclain machine drivers. As per reports the two unidentified persons seems to belong from Punjab.
“How can Haryana police book Punjab residents when they don’t even enter Haryana’s territory. Shambhu falls in Punjab and this shows the behaviour of Haryana, how desperate they are feeling, now” said Gurjit singh.
The Police have also asked the protesters to withdraw the modified equipments from the protest site saying they may be used to cause harm to security forces. “It is a non-bailable offense and you may be held criminally liable,” the Police said to the owners and operators of Poclains, JCBs.
Security in Haryana has been intensified with multi-layer barricades, concrete blocks, iron nails and walls of containers at border points to stop a ‘Delhi Chalo’ march of farmers from entering the state, after talks between farm leaders and the Centre remained inconclusive.
