Himachal withdraw bus services on some routes to Punjab

As per available information, Himachal Pradesh government has withdrawn the state government owned bus services on 10 routes to Punjab after the yesterday evening Kharar incident
As per sources the information is shared by the deputy chief minister and state transport minister Mukesh Agnihotri in Himachal vidhan Sabha session.
Agnohotri added the state government is in touch with Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Singh Mann. The state transport buses will run on 6 routes in Punjab.
A Himachal Road Transport Corporation (HRTC) bus was attacked in Kharar, Mohali, Punjab, on Tuesday evening, escalating tensions amid the ongoing Bhindranwale poster controversy. Unknown assailants, who arrived in a car, attacked the bus with sticks, breaking its glass and creating panic among passengers.
The incident took place around 6:50 pm when the bus (HP 67 A-1321) of Hamirpur depot was en route from Chandigarh to Hamirpur.
