IMA Patiala plants tree sapling on Doctors Day

The Indian Medical Association (IMA) Patiala on the occasion of Doctors Day celebrated by doing the tree plantation.

A study reveals that there is an average increase in temperature of the earth by 0.11F per decade.

Dr Harsimran Singh told that trees are the Nature’s lung and our doctors have come up by donating and taking care of 3 trees each , a mammoth number of trees to be taken care of.

Dr Sudeep Gupta secretary told that this will be monthly affair to plant trees so that we can have ever green and clean Patiala. Dr Jatinder Kansal and Dr Bhagwant Singh past presidents of IMA Punjab urged the citizens of Patiala to come forward for this cause and pledge to make Punjab a healthy place to live in.

On this occasion the trees were donated by many doctors of Patiala and the  event was graced by Dr Rakesh Arora member PMC, Dr Ajata Shatru Kapoor,past president IMA Patiala,Dr Sham Sunder Garg executive IMA Patiala (physician),Dr Vivek singla (cardilogist), Dr Sanjeev Arora (Orthopaedian Rajendra hospital), Dr Meenakshi Singla, Dr Jasmine,  and their families. A message to all by IMA members “Investing in trees is Investing for our children”
