IPS officer Rishabh Bhola becomes mentor to students of School of Eminence, Rajpura under School Mentorship Program’

Young IPS officer Rishabh Bhola today inspired students of School of Eminence, Mohinderganj (Rajpura), with an engaging and motivational interaction under the Punjab Government’s School Mentorship Program. Encouraging students to dream big, stay disciplined, and serve the nation with pride, Bhola shared personal experiences from his journey to becoming an IPS officer.
A 2022-batch IPS officer currently posted as ACP, Amritsar, Bhola has taken on the role of mentor for the students of School of Eminence, Mohinderganj. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from students who shared their aspirations and sought guidance on achieving success. They expressed heartfelt thanks to Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains for launching this visionary initiative aimed at holistic student development.
Addressing the students, IPS Rishabh Bhola said the School Mentorship Program is part of the Punjab Government’s broader education reforms. “Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the state has witnessed remarkable improvements in school infrastructure through the Punjab Sikhya Karnati. Now, officers are being appointed as mentors to serve as real-life role models for students and guide them in meaningful ways,” he stated.
Rishabh Bhola emphasized that the mentorship initiative will play a crucial role in curbing brain drain and empowering students to dream and achieve big within their own country. “Every child has hidden talent. With the right direction and discipline, they can unlock their true potential,” he said.
Drawing from his own experience of studying in India and abroad, Rishabh Bhola urged students to take pride in their roots. “I’ve been to the USA, but nothing compares to what our country and our Punjab offer. Youth should stay, contribute, and succeed here,” he said.
He also provided insights to students of Classes XI and XII about career options, competitive exam preparation, and the role of digital platforms in self-improvement. He encouraged them to stay focused, work hard, and wear their school uniform with pride.
Principal Poonam Kumari thanked Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains for appointing an inspiring figure like IPS Rishabh Bhola as mentor to their students. Members of the School Management Committee, teachers, and students attended the session in large numbers.
