Jan Awaas Yojna-Maple Horizon oragnised draw of lot for first 42 plots

Maple GK Infrastructure today bought out a draw of lot, for 42 plots on 45 ft road scheme, on its upcoming Jan Awaas Yojana project in Hardaspur, on Sirhind road, Patiala.
Gulshan Puniani Managing Director of Maple GK Group said “Jan Awaas Yojna-Maple Horizon oragnised draw of lot for plots, for their upcoming project in Hardaspur, on Sirhind road, opposite Laumi Bai Dental College, Patiala which is a Punjab govt and RERA approved affordable housing scheme ”.
He further said that as per the govt. scheme,” the group is offering Rs 2.67 lacs subsidy on built up houses, starting from 7.90 lacs onwards. Banks are offering loan with 20 years easy installment scheme.”
