Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab Celebrates Engineers’ Day with Competitions, Cultural Events, and Ideathon Hackathon

The University School of Engineering and Technology at Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab celebrated Engineers’ Day with enthusiasm and creativity . The day featured a wide range of activities, including Poster Presentations, Quizzes, Project Presentations, and cultural programs that emphasized the importance of engineers in nation-building and technological progress.
The main highlight of the event was the Ideathon cum SIH Internal Hackathon, which saw participation from 45 teams of six members each. Students put forward innovative and practical solutions to real-world challenges, reflecting their technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities. The judging panel comprised distinguished industry experts — Dr. Rangarajan P, L&T Expert for Evaluation, and Lavish Arora, Founder & MD, Race Pvt. Ltd. Both judges, drawing from their extensive industry insights, evaluated the teams’ work and praised the students for their originality and ingenuity.
Team B.R.I.C.S secured the first position, Team GitGud in second place, and Team Path-Syncers at the third position. Their solutions were especially appreciated for creativity, feasibility, and alignment with real-world applications.
