Manisha Rana takes over as Anandpur Sahib SDM

Manisha Rana took over as Sub Divisional Magistrate(SDM), Anandpur Sahib. She would also take up additional charge as SDM of Nangal Sub Division. Prior to this she was posted as SDM at Sardulgarh (Mansa).
Manisha Rana said that priority would be given to extend the benefits of the schemes being run by the government for the welfare of the needy to every deserving person.
She said that Anandpur Sahib was a religious and holy city and she would perform her duty here with the spirit of service.
She said that precautionary measures would be taken to deal with natural calamities / floods during monsoons in this area adjoining Himachal Pradesh-Punjab border so that the lives and property of the people could be protected by the administration.
She said that special priority would be given to solve the problems of common people, provide better governance by preparing a special plan for the development of the area.
She said that the responsibility of Nangal and Anandpur Sahib sub-division has been given to her by the Punjab government. which would be performed with utmost diligence, dedication, honesty.
