Medical and Eye Check-up Camp Organized by Ajayvir Singh Lalpura in Jaitewal

A medical and eye check-up camp was organized in Jetewal by Ajayvir Singh Lalpura, District President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Rupnagar, and head of Punjab’s renowned social service organization Humanity First , with the support of the Global Punjabi Association. The camp was inaugurated by Iqbal Singh Lalpura, Member of the BJP Central Parliamentary Board.

Medical examinations at the camp were conducted by teams from World Cancer Care, along with Dr. Anupama Dhand from Kumar Hospital and Dr. Pawan Sharma from Rupnagar. A large number of residents from the town and nearby villages availed themselves of free medical check-ups and diagnostic tests.

Addressing the gathering, District President Ajayvir Singh Lalpura said that the camp was organized under the inspiration of Iqbal Singh Lalpura, Chief Patron of the Global Punjabi Association and former Chairman of the National Commission for Minorities, and Dr. Kulwant Singh Dhaliwal, President of the Association. He informed that a large team of doctors and paramedical staff, led by senior doctor Dr. Dharminder Singh Dhillon, examined around 400 patients. Several costly diagnostic tests were also conducted free of charge during the camp.

On this occasion, Hardeep Kaur Lalpura, Head of Dumewal Hospital, stated that such initiatives undertaken by the Insaniyat Pehle organization are providing significant benefits to the people of the region. She added that the number of such camps would be increased in the future.
