MLA Dinesh Chadha directs Rupnagar MC to ensure civic services

With a view to provide quality facilities to the residents of Rupnagar town, local MLA Advocate Dinesh Chadha on Wednesday held a meeting with the officers and staff of the Rupnagar municipal council.
Presiding over the meeting, Advocate Dinesh Chadha instructed the officers of the Municipal Council not to leave anything in the services being provided to the people of the town and if any complaint was lodged regarding the facility, it should be resolved within the stipulated time. .
The MLA during a meeting with the officials of District Town Planner, Secretary Planning Committee, sales tax Rupnagar discussed the all round development of Rupnagar constituency in which he directed the officers to ensure beautification and cleanliness of the town.
He said that the development of the town would be carried out in accordance with the proper planning and special efforts would be made for the maintenance of the parks.
Advocate Dinesh Chadha instructed the Executive Officer of the Municipal Council Bhajan Chand to make the people of the twon aware about the services provided by the Municipal Council and to address the grievances of the people of the city on priority basis. Let’s go.
He said that if any officer or employee ignores the complaint lodged by the people appropriate departmental action would be initiated against the concerned.
He appealed to the people of the town to contact him directly if any matter is not resolved by the municipal council so that the problems could be resolved within the stipulated time.
