Multani Mal Modi College, Patiala won Overall Championship in Punjabi University Inter-College Archery (Women) held at Punjabi University Campus, Patiala. Principal Dr. Khushvinder Kumar congratulated the winning teams during the programme held in the College campus today. He said that our college is proud of our students who have achieved distinction in various fields and we are honestly committed to help such students where ever required.
Dean, Sports, Dr. Gurdeep Singh Sandhu told that our college won first position in three events of Archery; Compound, Recurve and Wooden. Navjeet Kaur, Sarita Buhiya, Pramila Bhoomij and Pooja Beniwal won first position in Archery (Compound) by defeating the team of National College, Chupki. Kashish, CCF Fernandez, Anjali and Ranbir Kaur stood first in Archery (Recurve) event. Our team comprising Amandeep Kaur, Beant Kaur, Komalpreet and Pallavi stood first by defeating Khalsa College, Patiala in Archery (Wooden).
