MRSPTU organizes blood donation camp to mark birth anniversary of Maharaja Ranjit Singh

Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU), Bathinda organised a blood donation camp to commemorate the 239th birth anniversary of Maharaja Ranjit Singh and 58th National Pharmacy Week.

As many as 70 units of blood were donated by the students and staff members during the camp. More than 150 students and staff member were initially registered themselves for donation but owing to less requirement, only 70 units were  taken.

This camp was organized in Association with National Service Scheme (NSS); Civil Hospital, Bathinda; United Welfare Society, Bathinda and HDFC Bank, Bathinda.

MRSPTU, Registrar, Professor (Dr.) Ashish Baldi and Dean Research Professor (Dr.) Jasbir Singh Hundal inaugurated the blood donation camp and motivated the blood donors.He congratulated the students for organising and participating whole heartedly in this noble cause.
