MRSPTU students brought laurels; secure ranking in all India GPAT-2021 exam

Three students of Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Technology, Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU), Bathinda have secured good ranking in the All India Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2021.
The students who have brought laurels for the university and department namely Shamly (GPAT rank 757), Manvi (1603) and Shrishti (2137) qualified for GPAT Examination 2021. This will help the students to pursue their careers in research as well as entrance in PhD with government fellowships.
The GPAT is conducted by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) every year as an entry-level examination for pursuing post-graduation in various disciplines of pharmacy.
Dr. Rahul Deshmukh, head of the department motivated the bright and ambitious students. He said “This is a highly challenging exam. The student’s dedication towards their studies surely played the most crucial role in determining their results. The amount of hard work done in this past couple of years has undoubtedly paid off and has given the desired results,”.
MRPTU, Vice Chancellor Prof. Buta Singh Sidhu and Registrar Dr. Gurinder Pal Singh Brar appreciated the department and gave best wishes to the students for their massive achievements. “It will surely motivate other students to get better in their career,” they added.
