NAAC awarded ‘B’ grade to Punjab’s first self-financed Asian College –Tarsem Saini

Asian Educational Institute Situated at Sirhind Road, Patiala and affiliated to Punjabi University Patiala and as established during the year 2010 with the mission to provide quality education to the rural and semi urban students. At the same time the institute achieved expertise in social work and placement of students. SSR report was also submitted in the year 2022 to seek recognition of the “THE NATIONAL ASSESSMENT AND ACEREDITION COUNCIL” (NAAC). The NAAC team visited the Institute on 22nd to 24th March,2022 and upon inspection awarded ‘B’ Grade. This is the first Self-financed Degree College of Punjab to achieve such a distinction with an experience of 11-12 years without seeking any grant by the Government and Non Government institution. During this period most of the attainment was the placement of the pass out students in the Government and Non Government organizations at handsome salaries and packages.
College Chairman Tarsem Saini disclosed that institute has been able to attain the reverence with the efforts of educated and experienced faculty.
Apart from this our institute has started to providing the facility of Smart Class Room as well as facility for disabled students.. Which is also big acclamation while carrying out social welfare programmes by the college, the Farmers were motivated to refrain form stubble burning organic farming which was appreciated by all section of the Society. The College Auditorium Hall, Play Ground and Cleanliness has been helpful to seek their distinction as seasonal flowering and plantation in the 60% of the open area exhibit greenery and beautify the campus. Institute Chairman also asserted that during the time to come quality education for students and their overall development in all spheres shall be the most important priority of the institute.
College Principal Dr. Sanjiv Modi also disclosed that with the vision and mission provided by the management of the institute, we will go ahead to promote the college in other fields in the coming days apart from the more facilities to be provided to the Staff and students for their prosperous future.
