Deputy Commissioner Dr. Preeti Yadav today conducted a surprise inspection at the driving track on Nabha Road, reviewing the process of issuing driving licenses and taking tests. She personally interacted with applicants to gather feedback on their experiences.

During the inspection, Dr. Yadav directed Regional Transport Officer RTO Naman Markan to ensure that driving license services are provided in a transparent and time-bound manner. She emphasized that no agents should interfere in the process, ensuring a direct and hassle-free experience for citizens at government offices.

The Deputy Commissioner also instructed officials to improve basic amenities at the driving track, including seating arrangements, cleanliness of restrooms, and availability of drinking water. She further stated that necessary repairs and upgrades would be undertaken to enhance the facility, and a request for additional improvements would be forwarded to the government.
