NSS unit of Govt Bikram College organized seminar on ‘Service to Humanity Day’

The NSS Dept. of Govt. Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala organized a seminar on “Service to Humanity Day” in memory of Great Philanthropist Bhai Ghanaiya Ji, on 20th September, 2023 as per the directions issued by the Punjab Government, under the guidance of college Principal Prof. (Dr.) Kusum Lata.
Dr. Bhatti, Punjabi University, Patiala had given the seminar on Bhai Ghanaiya Ji who is known for his great humanitarian act for providing water and first aid medical assistance to the wounded in war without any discrimination between friend and foe. Dr. Bhatti enlightened the students on the death anniversary of Bhai Ghanaiya Ji to help people selflessly and indiscriminately.
The main objective of conducting the seminar is that youth should get inspiration for serving the society. All the college staff members, NSS Volunteers and college students successfully participated in this seminar.
