Painting and declamation contests held at Dastan-e-Shahadat to mark International Museum Day

Painting and declamation contest of students of different schools were held on Wednesday at Dastan-e-Shahadat museum in Chamkaur Sahib on the occasion of International Museum Day.
Giving this information, XEN Bhupinder Singh Chana and SDO of the department Surinderpal Singh said that May 18 was celebrated as International Museum Day every year by the International Council of Museums.
The said that which about 60 children from different schools participated in painting and declamation contest enthusiastically on the occasion adding that prizes would be given to the students on May 20.
