Patiala-Chandigarh road closed; DC Patiala issued advisory

It is informed to the general public that road section of Patiala-Rajpura road (From Urban Estate Chowk to Choura Road Chowk) is to be closed for traffic with effect from 9 September 2021 for construction of Flyover in front of New Bus Stand Patiala. The said road will remain closed for around one month.
So commuters coming from Chandigarh/Rajpura side are advised to divert from Urban Estate Chowk to Sirhind Bypass Road. Commuters from Patiala side to Rajpura/Chandigarh side are advised to adopt route via Sirhind Bypass/Baddi Nadi road.
