Additional Deputy Commissioner Isha Singhal said that the Punjab State e-Governance Society, under the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, has issued guidelines for arms license holders.
She explained that arms license holders who have not applied for any required services related to their licenses on the e-Seva portal since September 2019 must ensure they apply for the necessary services before January 1, 2025. Failure to do so will result in them being unable to access these services through the e-Seva portal after the specified date.
The Additional District Magistrate has appealed to such arms license holders to submit the necessary documents for required services at their nearest Seva Kendra by December 31, 2024, without fail. This is to ensure that license holders do not face any issues in the future. It was further clarified that after this deadline, no applications listed in this category will be processed.
