Patiala Management Association honoured its past President on AIMA day

Patiala Management Association (PMA) celebrated founder day of All India Management Association as AIMA DAY, by honouring past Presidents of PMA YP Mehra, Er Ahluwalia, Col. Bhuvnesh Sharma, Rupinder Singh and PR Mangla.
In the beginning of the event members of Patiala Management Association paid a tribute to Phulwama Martyrs by, Observing Two Minutes Silence.
PMA General Secretary Vaidya Manu Vats welcomed PMA members and all Past Presidents YP Mehra, Er Ahluwalia, Col. Bhuvnesh Sharma, Rupinder Singh and PR Mangla as Guests of Honor.
HPS Lamba, President PMA moderated the Panel discussion with all Past Presidents on Topic PMA-PRESENT, FUTURE-ROAD AHEAD.
All past presidents shared their experiences and suggested different innovative ideas. Mehra a Technocrat advocated women empowerment in association, Er. Ahluwalia a Corporate Leader stressed upon importance of Lean Management with concepts of QSD(Quality, Cost, Delivery) at lower level of organisation. Col Bhuvnesh a retired Army officer and an administrator advised to give importance on Quality Vs Quantity, Rupinder Singh an Industrialist gave tips on to tap Youth in PMA. PR Mangla a businessman and a social activist stressed upon creating awareness of Gas Crematorium among society with concerns for environmental repercussion.
PMA Members participated enthusiastically and enjoyed the panel discussion.
In the end all Past Presidents were honoured with Traditional Phulkari by Executive Members, PMA.
