Patiala update-AGM along with other SBI employees tested Covid 19 positive

Today once again 3 more employees of State bank of India, Pragati Bhawan, Phase 3, Urban Estate Patiala, tested covid positive.

An assistant general manager rank officer of state bank of india is amongst the officials, who tested covid 19 positive. All official, who tested Covid 19 positive, works in LCPC cell of the bank.

Patiala update-AGM along with other SBI employees tested Covid 19 positive.Yesterday, an officer of its LCPC cell tested covid positive, He is a resident of Ambala and comes daily from Ambala.

After the report of an officer, who tested Covid 19 positive, came, the bank authorities immediately asked the employees of State bank of India, Prgati Bhawan, urban estate phase 3, Patiala, where the LCPC branch is situated, to go for mandatory Covid 19 test.

Around 70 bank officials gave corona test samples and their reports are pending. The bank authorities had closed the branch, till the reports of all the employees came. With this working of State bank of India, in north India, hampered as State Bank of India, Patiala, LCPC cell caters the North India-Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu, Kashmir etc., for opening all the new accounts.

Earlier around 3-4 days back, 11 employees of State bank of India, Chowk Fort (Qila Chowk) branch at Patiala, tested covid 19 positive. Health authorities had closed the branch for public dealing. One employee of its RACPC cell (loan branch) , at its main office at sheranwala gate (earlier head office of state bank of Patiala) had also tested covid positive.

Since the inception of corona and opening of banks for public dealings, after the lifting of curfew, employees of SBI- YPS branch, Chowk fort branch, Bhupindra road branch, have already tested Covid 19 positive.
