PM’s social media account shared eminent Punjabis praising him on Gurpurab

Today, the twitter handler “the modi story” of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has shared a 6.32 minutes video of Punjabi Sikh eminent personalities praising him about the work done by him for Sikh community.
“the modi story” is a social media account of PM Modi to bring forward Narendra Modi’s inspiring life story, through the eyes of those who have caught a glimpse into his life.
The speaker includes Capt Amarinder Singh former chief minister of Punjab who recently joined Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP), National Commission of Minorities chairman and close confident of prime minister Narendra Modi, Iqbal Singh Lalpura, former Rajya sabha member and National Commission of Minorities chairman Tarlochan Singh, former Army chief General JJ Singh who joined BJP in January 2022,Harmit Singh Kalka, president Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee, singers Harshdeep kaur, Jaspinder Narula.
They all praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for opening “Kartarpur Sahib Corridor” for Indians to visit Pakistan. Gurdwara Sri Kartarpur Sahib falls in district Narowal of Pakistan, about 4.5 k.m. from the international border near the historic town of Dera Baba Nanak, District Gurdaspur, Punjab and Sikhs were demanding the opening of doors to visit Gurdwara Sri Kartarpur Sahib since 1947.He has declare the celebration of December 26 as “Veer Bal Diwas” in the memory of four sahibzadas of Tenth Guru of Guru Gobind Singh who made great sacrifice for the religion, community.
PM’s social media account shared eminent Punjabis praising him on Gurpurab.Capt Amarinder Singh said had requested the earlier governments also to open the corridor for pilgrims to pay obeisance at Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib. But, PM Modi took the initiative and opened the Kartarpur Sahib corridor for Indians. Actually, Kartarpur Sahib is a sacred place for the Sikh community as Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji spent last 18 years of his life at that place.
Tarlochan Singh highlighted the recent decision of PM Modi for sanctioning and laying foundation stone of a new ropeway project connecting Gobindghat to Gurudwara Hemkund Sahib. PM had earlier sanctioned Rs 1,000 crore on the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev. Now, this ropeway is another gift for the Sikhs from the Centre.”
Lalpura highlighted the decision of PM for exempting Darbar Sahib, Amritsar from GST, announcement that blacklist of Sikhs should go and many other decisions for Sikh community.
