Police DAV Celebrated Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s Birth Anniversary

On the eve of Gurupurab, Police DAV Public School Patiala celebrated Guru Nanak Dev Ji ‘s birth anniversary with full sanctity A special assembly was organised by the Jasmine House.
Manpreet Kaur of class ninth delivered a speech telling the importance of the special day. She elaborated the inspiring life of the first guru and the relevance of his preaching’s in these times as well. She talked about his approach towards the superstitions and evil practices in the society .
This day is celebrated with deep respect all over India .Students mesmerized the audience with a shabad gayan composed by the saint himself.
Principal Mohit Chugh complimented the efforts of Jasmine House and motivated the students to follow the path shown by such saints who are the guiding light for humanity.
