On April 2,2024 Punjab state power corporation limited (PSPCL) has issued instructions to all its pensioners to submit their annual mandatory ‘Alive Certificate’, digitally. Powercom has also issues the instructions to pensioners living abroad to digitally submit their ‘Alive Certificate’

As per PSPCL’s instructions, pensioners can go to the department website-www.pspscl.in and then go to pensioners tab on the right hand side of the website. After clicking pensioners column, go to ‘Digital Alive’ certificate and page DIGITAL ALIVE CERTIFICATE THROUGH JEEVAN PRAMAAN APP will open. After that instructions are given in pdf form and a through a video.

As per instructions, the PSPCL has asked its pensioners to download the JEEVAN PRAMAAN and AADHARFACERD APP.

Now, the problem for pensioners starts from here. When anybody clicks on the JEEVAN PRAMAAN APP,  a page opened with a Warning: “This URL is no longer available because it was created by a suspended account.
