Govt Bikram College to start new professional courses from new academic session

As per directions of Directorate, Department of Higher Education, Punjab and under the able leadership of college Principal Prof. (Dr.) Kusum Lata, last month an inspection was conducted by the team of Punjabi University, Patiala for starting three new Professional Courses B.B.A Hons. (Logistics and Supply Chain Management), B.B.A Hons. (Business Innovations and Entrepreneurship), B.B.A Hons. (Banking Financial Services & Insurance) at Government Bikram College of Commerce, Patiala for the upcoming session 2024-25.
Prof. (Dr.) Ritu Lehal, School of Applied Management, Prof. (Dr.) Rajinder Kaur, HOD Commerce Department, Asso. Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kohli, Center of Distance and Online Education Department were the members of the inspection team.
The college Principal briefed the team about the infrastructure available for the respective courses. She said that being a commerce college, these courses are expected to get a good response. The inspection team visited the college campus.
The team assured of submitting the complete inspection report regarding the new courses to Punjabi University, Patiala at the earliest. On this occasion, members of the Professional courses committee Dr. Vaneeta Rani, Prof. Ram Kumar were also present.
