Punjab AAP MLA in trouble; resignation accepted

As per available information, the speaker of the Punjab Vidhan sabha has accepted the resignation of Jalandhar (West) AAP MLA Sheetal Angural. Formal announcement will be made by 3:00 pm

Some politicians are known for their work, some for their commitments, some for their integrity and some for making frequent U-turns in their political career. Jalandhar (West) AAP MLA Sheetal Angural is one of the politician who became famous for his U-Turn when he announces to withdraw his resignation as AAP MLA ,submitted to Punjab Vidhan Sabha speaker before the 2024 general elections.

Today, Jalandhar (West) AAP MLA Sheetal Angural reached Vidhan Sabha to meet speaker regarding withdrawal of his resignation as MLA.

As per available information the Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan had called him before taking any decision as no decision has been taken by the speaker on his resignation.

Now, with the acceptance of his resignation, a bypoll will be held for Jalandhar West assembly constituency.

Meanwhile speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan, deputy speaker Jai Krishan Rouri, MLA Sheetal Angural can’t be contacted despite repeated attempts.
