Punjab Bank Employees Federation organised a blood donation camp

On the Call of AIBEA, Punjab Bank Employees Federation organised a blood donation camp at Parbhat Parwana Memorial Trade Union Centre, Patiala today i.e.19th April, 2025. Com. S.K. Gautam, President Punjab Bank Employees Federation inaugurated the camp. Pravin Chandra Mahesh Prasad AGM, SBI & Uggar Narain Mishra, AGM, SBI were guest of honour on this occasion.
While addressing the volunteers Com. S.K. Gautam, lauded the Patiala Unit for its exceptional efforts in mobilizing a substantial number of volunteers for the blood donation camp. He highlighted the unit’s organizational prowess and commitment, which resulted in a strong turnout of Bank Employees to donate blood. This collective participation underscored the spirit of solidarity and social responsibility fostered by the Federation. Com. Gautam further emphasized AIBEA’s unwavering commitment to social causes, noting that initiatives like the blood donation camp are a testament to the organization’s broader mission. Beyond its efforts in labour rights and banking reforms.
Com. Yadvinder Gupta, Secretary of the Punjab Bank Employees Federation, (Patiala Unit) expressed heartfelt gratitude to all the volunteers who actively participated in the blood donation camp. The event was organized by the Patiala Unit of the Federation in response to a call from the All India Bank Employees Association (AIBEA) to mark the historic occasion of AIBEA’s 80th Foundation Day, a milestone celebrating eight decades of the association’s contributions to the banking sector and society.Com. Gupta extended special thanks to the team from Rajindra Hospital, Patiala, for their professional and meticulous efforts in safely collecting and managing the blood units.
