Punjab finance department highlighted discrepancies in new appointments; instructed DDO’s

Dr Abhinav Trikha , director finance and accounts and special secretary expenditure , Punjab has written a letter to the heads of the various departments, pointing out that the departments are not giving the new pay scales to the newly recruited/ appointed under Punjab govt services.
