Punjab senior IAS gets posting orders after 18 days; dozen IAS-PCS also transferred in Punjab

Punjab government has issue a transfer orders of 13 IAS-PCS officers of the state. Senior IAS Saravjit singh gets the posting orders after 18 days of his transfer.
1992 batch IAS officer, Sarvjit Singh is considered as one of high profile IAS officer of the state, who always remained on plum postings has now been posted as additional chief secretary (ACS) parliamentary affairs and that too after 18 days of waiting. 
3 IAS transferred in Punjab; one IAS relieved without posting
